Webinars are seminars held online.  This means that you can participate in training courses and specialist presentations conveniently and from any location via the Internet at a specific time. Using the screen of your PC or mobile device and your speakers (or headphones/headset), you can follow the speaker's live presentation and can ask questions in a chat room.
Below you will find all the answers to the most frequently asked questions about the technical requirements for participation in the webinars. 

• HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?

  Any person who registers for a webinar via our website can participate. After your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your access data and further information on how to participate in the webinar.

• WHAT TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS ARE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE?

  As a participant, all you need is stable Internet access and an up-to-date browser. You will hear the audio through your speakers or headphones. You can access the link to the webinar through a variety of web browsers. We have had the best experience with Google Chrome. It is also possible to participate via mobile devices. Downloading software or installing an app is not required, no matter how you join in.

• DO I NEED A WEBCAM OR MICROPHONE?

  No, you do not need a microphone or webcam. As a participant you are automatically muted during the webinar. You do not need to mute yourself or turn off the webcam. You can ask your questions to the speaker by typing into the chat.

• CAN I ALSO PARTICIPATE IN A WEBINAR ON MY MOBILE DEVICE?

  Participation is also possible with mobile devices via the microsoft teams mobile app.
